Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of our merchandise does not constitute a binding offer for sale. By ordering via letter or email the customer makes a binding offer. We reserve the right to freely decide if we accept the offer. The acceptation is only effected by consignment. If the customer does not receive an order confirmation or a consignment within three weeks he is no longer bound to his order.

Partial Delivery
We are entitled to do partial deliveries. If a product you have ordered is unavailable for any reason you will not be charged for these goods and any money already debited from your account will be refunded. We will not be liable for disappointment or other losses suffered due to product unavailability.

Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Euro, including of VAT and exclusive of packing and delivery charges which will be added and is 15.00 EUR per package (max.weight 25 kg).We only accept payment at advance per bank transfer. The goods will be sent after the payment was received. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices maintained on Olafs Online Store website we expressly reserve the right to amend the price having regard to any increase in our suppliers prices, the imposition of new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on Olafs Online Store is wrong. We will notify the customer of any increase (but not decrease) of the total amount payable by you and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. If the goods have already been delivered, you may return the goods at your own risk and receive a full refund for them.
